Huguito tells the story of Latin America through a team with different backgrounds. Colombia, Chile, Venezuela, Peru and Argentina meet in lively, generous and deeply homemade cuisine.

Julieth Mojica
Originally from Colombia, Julieth leads the kitchen with the ingredients, colours and memories that have always accompanied her. Her approach is simple: respect the product, make everything here and create together.
